It is an extensive line of slow-cooked boil-in-the—bag vegetables and side dishes for the grocery, restaurant and food service industry. Simply Southern Sides was created to provide food service establishments with a quick and convenient way to prepare and share those down-home favorites with their customers.

Whether you are from the North or the South, the East or the West, there’s something about the rich, delicious taste of black-eyed peas, turnip or collard greens, macaroni and cheese or tomatoes and okra that, though deeply rooted in the South, transcends geography.
